This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, contact us or place an order, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We are a US business based in Florida, and we sell and ship only within the United States.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Orders: your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and order details. We need your phone number so the freight carrier can schedule your delivery.
- Contact form and emails: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and the content of your message.
- Warranty and return requests: your order details, a description of the problem, and any photos or videos you send.
- Product reviews: if you leave a review, your name, email address and the review itself. Your name and review are shown publicly; your email address is not.
Payment information
You can pay in one of two ways. Stripe: after you order, we email you an invoice with a secure Stripe payment link. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure payment page and processed by Stripe under its own privacy policy; we do not see or store your full card number. Bank transfer: our team emails you our bank details, and we receive the transfer information from our bank. We never collect card numbers on this website.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit, recorded by our web host and site software for security and to keep the site working.
- Order source: when you place an order, our store software records how you reached our site (for example a search engine, an ad or a direct visit), the device type and the number of pages viewed in that session.

How we use your information
- to process, ship and deliver your order, and to send order confirmations, invoices and shipping updates
- to answer your questions and handle returns, refunds and warranty claims
- to prevent fraud and keep our website secure
- to understand how customers find and use our website and improve it
- to keep records required by tax and accounting laws
We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to. If you do sign up for updates in the future, every email will include a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Freight carriers and warehouses: your name, delivery address and phone number, to deliver your vehicle.
- Website hosting and email providers: to run this website and send emails.
- Payment, banking and accounting providers: including Stripe, which processes card payments made through our payment links, and our bank, to receive payments and issue refunds.
- Advertising and analytics services, such as Google: if we list products or advertise through Google, Google may receive information about visits and purchases through cookies or similar technology. You can control Google ads personalization at adssettings.google.com.
- Authorities: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
We do not sell your personal information. If we ever share data for targeted advertising in a way that state law treats as a sale or sharing, we will update this policy and give you a way to opt out.
Cookies
We use two kinds of cookies:
- Necessary cookies keep the store working, for example your cart and your session during checkout. These are always on, because the site cannot work without them.
- Statistics and marketing cookies record how you reached our site (for example a search engine or an ad) and, if we connect tools such as Google, measure visits and ads. These are only used if you click Accept on our cookie banner.
When you first visit, a banner asks you to Accept or Decline. Your choice is saved for 6 months. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work without the necessary cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle returns and warranty claims, and meet tax and accounting obligations, usually up to 7 years. Contact form messages are kept for up to 2 years unless they relate to an order. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
How we protect it
Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to customer information is limited to people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct information that is wrong
- delete your information, unless we must keep it by law
- stop using your information for any marketing
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (for example in California, Virginia, Colorado or Connecticut) may give you additional rights. To make a request, contact us. We will verify your identity before responding and will reply within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
Children
Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
