These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. Who we are

2. Who can buy
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- We sell and ship only within the United States.
- You agree to give accurate and complete information when you order, including a valid delivery address and phone number.
3. Products and product information
- We try to describe and show our products accurately. Specifications, features and images often come from the manufacturer and may change without notice. Colors and finishes may look different on your screen.
- Images may show optional equipment that is not included in the listed price.
- If a product you receive is not as described, your remedy is set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
4. Road use and legal compliance
- Unless a product page clearly states that a vehicle is street-legal in the US, the vehicle is intended for golf courses, resorts, campuses and private property only and must not be driven on public roads.
- Vehicles listed as street-legal low-speed vehicles may still require registration, titling, insurance and inspection under your state and local rules. Rules vary by state and locality, and you are responsible for meeting them.
- You are responsible for operating the vehicle safely, following the owner’s manual and complying with all laws that apply to its use, including age, licensing and passenger rules.
5. Prices and taxes
- All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping unless stated otherwise.
- Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it. You are responsible for any other taxes, registration or title fees that apply in your state.
- Prices can change at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund anything you have paid, even after you receive an order confirmation. We will contact you before doing so.
6. Orders and payment
- Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email we send confirms that we received your order; it does not mean we have accepted it. We accept your order when we confirm it and receive your payment.
- You can pay by Stripe (recommended) or by bank transfer. With Stripe, we email you an invoice and a secure payment link after you order. With bank transfer, our team emails you our bank details and payment instructions. Nothing is charged at checkout. Your order is held until payment is received. Payment is due within 7 days of your order. If payment is not received within 7 days, we may cancel the order.
- We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or product information error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund any payment you have made in full.
- You can cancel your order before it ships for a full refund.
7. Shipping, delivery and risk of loss
- Shipping costs, processing times, delivery times and freight delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Ownership of and risk of loss for the products pass to you when they are delivered to you.
- You must inspect the vehicle at delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, as described in our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns, refunds and warranty
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Warranty coverage is described in our Limited Warranty. Any warranty offered by a manufacturer is provided by that manufacturer, not by us, and is subject to its own terms.
9. Disclaimer
Except for the Limited Warranty and any rights you have by law, the website and our products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow these disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost profits or inconvenience, arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Using our website
- The content of this website, including text, design and our own photos, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it for personal use but may not copy, reproduce or sell it without our permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.
- You agree not to misuse the website, for example by trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or submitting false orders or information.
- If you post a product review, it must be honest and lawful. You give us permission to display it on the website, and we may remove reviews that break these Terms.
- Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law of your state gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows when the Terms were last changed.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right, that does not waive it. These Terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the website and your orders.
